Can mycoplasma cause hashimoto??

Dd was diagnosed with hashimotos disease and her mycoplasma numbers are very high. Any correlation? Can anybody weigh in? Found this article: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2754187/

That is kind of crazy because my daughter has exactly the same thing.  So, my guess is yes.   Still waiting on Lyme test results, but in addition to the mycoplasma and hashimoto's she also has high strep titers.  I would be curious as to your DD symptoms as well.
