Sirena
Can anyone relate? Last night ds7 was having a meltdown (not good to be 45min late on ibuprofen dose) and as he lay thrashing crying and screaming on the floor he yelled at me "I'm a zombie! I'm a zombie! I'm going to eat the flesh off your bones!!!" What?!? Craziness!!! How did he come up with this stuff? We worked him through it...ibuprofen kicked in... "Good night Mom; I love you." as sweet and genuine as can be...
qannie47
The online game is called Plants vs Zombies (7 yr olds love it). Ha! The Pandas "take-a-way" for me is that after dealing with that special form of Crazy....it takes a lot to phase me at this point.
Gpookie
Been there, did that, feel your pain!!! But I do chuckle since once the switch is turned off, crazy leaves the house. As long as they never start levitating above the bed or doing a 360 head spin, we just go with it for the few minutes before it ends. Glad you can still chuckle, too! dasu
The PANDAS mind can come up with all manner of craziness. We are super diligent, however, in taking precautions on what they are exposed to. Absolutely nothing violent, crude or rude. And they still obsess about those things. The power of ibuprofen is amazing.
