Wondering about IVIG dose

I was wondering if someone could tell me what is considered high dose IVIG and what is considered low dose please?

With our boys, we considered 2g/kg high dose and .5g/kg low dose. But I've seen people refer to things differently on these boards. I try not to compare treatments because every child with PANDAS walks a different path....

High dose is 1.5 - 2.0 gm/kg.
