Dr. Greenblatt explained this. Zinc is important as well. Pure Ecaps has 2 products. We use the Liquid Lithium (just checked the bottle and order sheet). NOT the orotate.... MICHELLEB The company is called Trace elements. Cost $50. They are out of Texas DS still going great! When I say great, I mean no popcorn moments either. Consistent all day long.
