flower Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 I've read that Coffee is not good for OCD and that it kills Inositol. But it never mentions tea as being bad. Does that mean it's not necessarily the caffeine that kills inositol but some other things contained in the coffee beans? Or can I drink decaf coffee without reducing effect of the inositol supplements I am taking? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
