IVIG - if it works, how long before you see results?

Hello, we just did our first HD IVIG. Our main issues are tics and intrusive thoughts. For those who have done IVIG, if it is going to help, how long before you see any results? Especially interested in knowing if you've seen help in reduction or elimination of tics. Thank you!!

Our first IVIG the effects started showing within days, and then it was week to week improvements. It takes time to heal, but if it works you will know.

We were worse (turning back the pages etc) for the first week or two...then she gradually got better over the next couple of months (and more).

Having gone thru IVIG twice, we saw the same recovery each time.....no change for about a week, then got worse and slowly got better over many months time.
