Pain ontop of my head and at base of my skull. I guess you could say my whole head hurts. I tries Advil, Motrin and Tylenol. Nothing eases pain. Is this the type head ache Lyme sufferers get? Thanks! rowingmom Posted September 16, 2013 Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 My daughter had headaches as a symptom of her bartonella infection, although the description did not match yours, so I didn't answer. Hers were several times daily and lasted a minute or two each time. They were more of a stabbing skull pain, not pain or pressure inside the head.
