The woman at front desk of Dr. N. (Miss. F.) told me to send all of my paper work in regarding my child. I did but I never heard from them. I keep calling her to confirm that she received my packet. I get no call back. Is there another person that you know of in the office that may be a bit more helpful? Thanks!

I don't know who Dr. N is (Nicolaides??) but I would try a different doctor at this point.

He's way behind in looking at records. When I finally got a hold of her, she said it will be another 2 months before my records are reviewed and I sent them 3 months ago. I think we just have to wait unfortunately. She said people all over the world are sending stuff and they try and review all of it.

She is really nice though, have to say. She said he wants to help but can't take on every case, not even sure I'll go see him. But that he will try and refer the consumer to a doctor who can help.
