Cum Passus Posted January 12, 2007 Report Share Posted January 12, 2007 All, I just found out lecithin can come from eggs. My son eats 2 eggs for breakfast every day. (no allergy) Do you all think this is a good source of lecithin or should I supplement it too? He eats 2 eggs because he can't eat cereal because of the soy, corn, rice, and the warning of processed in plant with peanut. It also seems to be the only thing that will fill him up.
