Guest
I wanted to post about something that I saw when not avoiding any type of foods this past month that may be some help to others. Since I've been doing chelation therapy (heavy metals detox), my food variety has expanding greatly in the fruit and veggies area. However, I am very selective when not avoiding any foods. I would rarely would eat a veggie or fruit even though I clearly liked them. Kim-have you noticed this with your son when removing trigger foods? kim
Carolyn, The only thing that we ever successfully removed, was peanut butter. This was a big deal, since it's one of the 2 "meals" that he eats. He did not add any new foods, with the removal. Peanuts were something that he showed a high # for with IgG testing. After, about 2-3 months, we added it back in, with enzymes. No reaction, good or bad. He will sort of rotate foods on his own too. He might crave yogurt, then won't touch it.
