What oil of oregano do you get from vitamin shoppe?

need something for yeast right away. can you recommend something from vitamin shoppe that you use.

Call them and ask. Try to get a brand with 75-85% carvacrol. I use drops (Joy of the Mountains) for myself but they are pretty strong. Nature's Way makes a capsule with the drops inside, so you don't taste them.
