airial95 Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 We have looked into and considered additional environmental testing on our home (my hubby is an environmental engineer). One thing to consider and remember - if you have any of these tests done, depending on your state/local laws, any and ALL results must be disclosed when you go to sell your home. Same is true if you have chineese drywall repairs, etc... It can significantly affect the value of your home and your ability to sell down the road.
