MamaOnAMission
Years ago, my girl had a sleep study done. Showed Restless Leg Syndrome. She had low iron too. Can't remember numbers. When we gave iron, she turned into a crazy little girl. Now on antibiotics she seems to be tolerating some supplements. Should I address the RLS thing? I have heard giving iron is not good sometimes. Any advice??
PowPow
Iron definitely helps rls. Our sleep doctor checked for low ferritin, which has a wide acceptable range. She wanted it around 70-80 to help RLS, it was 40 or so. We are getting it rechecked this week, but movements are so much better.we have been using MyKidz Iron 10, at the docs direction since october. MamaOnAMission
Our children seem to have lots of vitamin deficiencies. Is there a test to do a VERY in depth to check out all vitamin levels????
