3 weeks on bactrim and Doryx

My girl is tolerating the bactrim/doryx combination and i see a bit of improvement after being on full dose for 3 weeks. Will there be more improvement after awhile ?

 

I needed to add some abilify for severe racing thoughts and confusion though, which helped but now she is "stuck" on one thought and we can't stop her. I think it's OCD, instead of racing thoughts and confusion. Man!

 

this is what she it taking thus far:

 

12.5mg. Lamictal

1-Bactrim

1 1/2 Abilify

1 -Bactrim

1-Doryx

3mg seroquel

 

Not sure what would help this one "persisitent thought" thing- adding probiotic, adding prozac, upping ability???

What would you guys do next?
