colleenrn
I am taking 100mg of doxycycline twice a day after a CDC positive western blot. Within 15 minutes I have overwhelming nausea and fatigue. Is this herxing or a side effect? TIA. Colleen
SSS
Doxycycline did the exact same thing to me. It helped to take it in the middle of a meal, and do not lay down after taking it for at least 30 minutes It did pass and get easier, but I also bought ginger candy to chew on to help the nausea. NancyD
I had the same experience with Doxy. Had to take it after my meal and that eliminated the nausea. I had extreme fatigue in the beginning. Support for the adrenals, B12, and adding in Tindamax ultimately helped fatigue.
