This is true in my family as well - we should be a case study for a Lyme doc.

My son presents only with neuropsych symptoms (sounds weird - but I almost wish he had some visible physical symptoms).

My daughter presents with mostly physical symptoms.

Yes! My friend's son has Lyme, Bart & Babesia and only has physical symptoms, fever, headache, malaise - no real joint pain, no neuro or psych issues. My DD has Lyme and tests negative for Bart although we suspect it and has psych symptoms and joint pain, no fevers.

And, you can have neuro symptoms and not be aware of it in yourself, or rationalize and call it other things (well, this is going on in my life, etc.)

This was the case for me. When I first started to realize I had Lyme and Bartonella (and I had 100% positive tests come back) I had to do some soul searching and get really honest with myself.
