Stopping tics from the cause of ocd

Hi does anyone here know how to stop the tics.SInce Isuffer from OCD I have tics.

Also, I'm wondering if your tics started before, or at the same time as the OCD, or if a medication (if there are any involved) may have brought on the tics?
