dpet Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 Hi I have 2 boys that are showing problems with strep. (pandas like sxs) my mother today told me that I had tick fever when I was young. They saved the tick. Couple days later I got fever and rash. A dr treated me with tetracycline but as I'm reading, it probably wasn't at high enough doses. So now I'm wondering if Lyme could be in the picture? Or by having Lyme u might be more susceptible to having pandas like problems? My oldest son has verbal and motor tics are these more common to pandas or can they be attributed to Lyme as well? Thanks on advance for any help as I have just started researching.
