Thin, pink line

I noticed a very faint, thin, pink line extending vertically for approx. 4" on my DS5's stomach. Strange - I know about Bart rashes and he tested + for "old" Bart last July and recently (May) tested with even lower levels. Could this be Strep related? Related to steroids?
