LLMD PA, DE, NJ, MD who accepts insurance THX!

My DS7 has pans with elevated strep and mycoplasma some positive bands with history of many MD deer tic bites over the years I would like to find a Doctor that takes cigna insurance if possible to help with some of the costs. His ocd/anxiety/tics are greatly reduced on abx x 2 months but is out of character agressive with abx changes /(hyper/impulsive/not able to function well for small tasks) need more help including suppliments he is on intunive and clonodine.Would also consider any PANS literate MD who could be helpful as we are early in the process.Thank You!
