Does your child’s handwriting get worse when sick?

Many children with PANDAS and Lyme show a deterioration in handwriting when symptoms flare.

 

Two occupational therapists, Trudy Posner and Jan Tona, are preparing articles and presentations on PANDAS and Lyme and they want to include handwriting issues. Both therapists previously published an article on PANDAS and have presented at conferences. ACN trusts them to be professional, well informed and well intentioned.

 

Trudy and Jan need samples of writing in a "before and after" style. If you can volunteer to help this project by sharing samples of your child's writing, please get in touch with Dr. Janice Tona at tona@buffalo.edu for more details. And please share this with others who may be able to help.
