Another good,recent publication is a chapter from the new book “Handbook of Anxiety Disorders in Children and Adolescents” . We can publicly access excerpts of the book, but not the entire thing and it is about $300to buy. I'm attaching a link to an excerpt along with a summarization of omitted pages.
