Wilma Jenks Posted June 7, 2011 Report Posted June 7, 2011 On the bactrim she is craving sugar big time. I am thinking yeast, but she also craved sugar when just on lamictal and we weren't aware of the bartonella diagnosis. Could you have yeast problems when you have bartonella, even if you are not on an Abx. that causes yeast??
kferricks Posted June 7, 2011 Report Posted June 7, 2011 ABx are not the only thing that causes a yeast infection. If something is wrong with your system and the balance is thrown off, you can get extra yeast. Add in the American ways of eating and ABX and you are more likely to get it. Also, if there is a problem with yeast, stopping ABX alone will not cure the yeast. Are you using the probiotics?
Wilma Jenks Posted June 8, 2011 Author Report Posted June 8, 2011 I am trying to get the probiotics into her, but all i can get is a sprinkle into her. if i go higher.... it keeps her up all night. happens every time i try it.
