shifting gears in my treatment

Michael, have you written a chronicle of your treatments anywhere? You seem to have done & tried so much & acquired so much knowledge - that would be a history I'm sure many of us would value!

I really have not done anything like that yet. I have been thinking that would be something that would be nice to do, but just haven't managed it yet. I really do consider case histories as much more valuable than the normal "scientific studies" where so many percent got so much better doing such-and-such. It just seems like there is so much more usable information in real stories, so I do hope to document it a bit better at some point, so I would like to contribute my story in that way. Thank you for pushing me a little in that direction, that'll help me get to it at some point. What I have done at least is written myself a brief timeline of major events and changes so that will help me fill in with the memories.
