Can a MRI distinguish between PANDAS and traditional OCD

I said I would post results of my ds8's recent MRI when I had them so here they are ....the scan was normal. That is what I was expecting, since we know that MRI doesn't always detect inflammation in the b.g., but I feel sort of disappointed by that. That seems silly though because we know the inflammation is there. I guess it just would have been nice to have confirmation of that or something.
