NVAmom Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 Ds12 started treatment for the flu on Saturday. Physically he is recovered with the exception of a lingering cough. No fever since Sunday. BUT now the rages and OCD is in overdrive (worse than it has been in the last year) My question is...do you send your pandas kids back to school as soon as the illness passes or give extra time for the immune system to calm down? browneyesmom Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 When she was still in school (she's been on Homebound since mid-December), I would play it by ear... send her back once I thought she was well enough to attend, but I was flexible if it seemed to exhaust her too much.
