Recenly I found that If I don't have meals in time

I definitely believe late meals is another stressor - I attributed it to low blood sugar - I see the effects on my oldest son when he is late getting his meals so I make sure he has healthy snacks (granola bars etc) to keep his blood sugar up. If he is really late getting food, for whatever reason, he has a meltdown. Then when he eats, he feels much better but usually gets a migraine as a result of the upheaval...so it can definitely be a stressor in susceptible people
