Zyprexa and IVIG?

Yeah...I was thinking about prednisone too. But for our dd, she was always a big worse on pred (while she was on it), definitely not better. Then about 2 weeks after the burst, we'd notice an improvement. So, if you are looking for immediate relief to get you through the next several days, I don't know if pred will be that helpful. But, it might be helpful after that.

He started 40 mg prednisone today for upcoming IVIG this week. He has taken it once before, it made him crazy hyper. He hasn't had Benadryl for about 12 years. That made him really hyper and almost hallucinate. Maybe he had PANDAS then and I didn't know it.
