This is beyond interesting. I was researching the differences between Natural Calm and CVR magnesium taurate for TOTALLY different reasons (aiding in reducing cortisol levels) and Google brought me here. YESTERDAY I was telling my wife that I'd like to go to the doctor to get help with my tics. I sniff like crazy, and it's super annoying. I've had various tics my entire life.
If I were to get a bottle of the CVR magnesium taurate caps, to be used in addition to the Natural Calm, would that likely produce a noticeable reduction in tics?
What about dosing? I didn't see anything concrete above. We've been drinking 2 tsp. of Natural Calm for the past two nights and like the deep sleep we've had. Would I take the mag taurate in the morning as was mentioned? Should I just take 1 cap in the morning with breakfast? Natural Calm has 325mg of mag citrate, so the total, I believe, would be around 450mg total.
Apprx. how long does it take to see positive effects? Immediately? A week?
