Hi, I saw on a post that your child had low iga. If you don't mind me asking, how low is low? My dd12 has a 46 which is marked as low but is it really? We are considering ivig. Also, my husband says we need to give her a gluten free diet. Is this right? Please help!! Thanks, tanyafairbanks@hotmail.com
