2005: Healthy birth, normal development.

2007-2015: 21 ear infections, 2 UTIs, 2x strep. Mild transient tics & hyperactivity, trouble falling asleep, otherwise normal.

2015: Jan-Apr sudden Dx's: ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Tourette's, Choreiform movement.

June 2015: Dx PANS based on history (comprehensive blood tests normal.) Began ABX treatment, most symptoms gone by July '15.

Current: Mild hyperactivity and mild anxiety remain, otherwise happy and back to normal.
