This may sound funny, but if we have the opprotunity to, are we allowed to recruit for Dr. Cunningham using her name? Not using her name like pretending to be her haha, but if we have any possibility to announce her name and where to donate, that is totally legal, correct?

I would think so. You can list OU PANDAS Foundation. That stands for Univ of Oklahoma PANDAS Foundation and has no affiliation with Ms Maloney's PF. The proceeds donated to OU PANDAS Foundation will go to Dr Cunningham's PANDAS research.
