DNase B question

ok- so my first PANDAS child had no obvious strep connection-- so I have ignored all this strep stuff until my second daughter has very strep-related symptoms since 2 months ago and high CaMK.

So I finally am getting all kids (we have 8) and my husband and I tested. so far 3 kids are neg (or low --less than 100) on ASO and DnaseB and throat culture. Husband and 2 kids are still out. My ASO was 77 or so, but my DNase B was 120 which is high for adult. anybody explain any significance??

once everyone's test are back, any abnormal ones will be sent to our PANDAS doc as our family doctor recommends we get her advice as he does not really know what to do with this info and our situation.
