electric rice cooker

How many of you use electric rice cookers for cooking rice? If so, what is the material of the pan that you use in the electric rice cookers? Can you let me know the brand, model no etc of the same.. LOoks like most of electric rice cooker pans are made of either aluminium or non stick? Not sure which to choose - is it a choice between the devil and the deep sea?

Funny efgh, I just saw a plastic one yesterday at Target. I will be anxious to hear this, as I am about to buy one myself! You and I are on the same wavelength lately.

Yeah, we are on the same wavelength (TV screen???) these days - (whether its apples or rice cookers or "no screens"! )

My son has been doing very fine lately. watches TV on CRT screens daily for an hour with no reaction. His teacher mentioned that oflate the only problem is that he is TOOO Focussed! (Isn't it nice to hear?)

By the way, which form of Zinc do you give your son? How about others?

I alternate zinc citrate and zinc picolinate--given by itself at bedtime.

ps For newcomers that don't know, TV was a BIG trigger for efgh's son and he went without it for many months while she did various supplements to heal his system and eliminated problem foods. So this doesn't have to be forever even if it is a trigger!
