Anyone here live in an isolated (rural) area and still do organic?

Does anyone here live in an isolated area and still eat mostly organic? I could use any tips you have for doing organic in isolated areas. Any internet sites that ship which I should be aware of? We just got moved to a very isolated area. Of course I was out of laundry soap right away and I never did find any natural soap that was safe for my son's cloth diapers. We have a safeway 30 minutes away with organics, but nothing as far as gluten & dairy free items. The closest small health food store is 1 hour away. There's a Whole Foods 3 hours away. That's about it. I'm loving the small town again, but it's certainly different in it's own ways.
