emmalily Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 I just saw The OCD Project for the first time. It's a reality tv show following six OCD patients through residential treatment. It's a bit cheesy(of Dr. Drew caliber), but there is an 18-year-old on there (which makes me feel a bit better) and the rest are adults. Just thought some of you might be interested.
mama2alex Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 I came across this the other night and was going to watch, but at the last minute I decided I just couldn't watch it. Too hard.
airial95 Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 I saw it getting ready for my SATC2 girls night and set it to TiVo. Haven't watched it yet, but my husband did, and then saw "obsessed" on A&E and tivo'd that too - he said it's scary to watch.
emmalily Posted June 2, 2010 Author Report Posted June 2, 2010 Yes, it's definitely a little scary. But it was kind of worth it for me, having PANDAS OCD, to hear from other people who are dealing with the same sort of thing, especially to see the young guy who has had to be homeschooled recently. Definitely made me feel better to see even another person is experiencing the same thing.
