IVIG and Insurance coverage BCBS Virginia PPO

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get BCBS of Va to cover IVIG treatment. If so, what code/codes did you use?

Any information or tips you might have to get this treatment covered would be greatly appreciated.
