Bad day here too!

Ok - we all need a break. I've been reading all the posts of people having bad days to day and then my son called me to pick him up from school - did not want to stay after for myachi club (the One actvity he really loves). I picked him up and he said he did not feel well... yup - barely throught he door and he was vomiting (thankfully there was an empty pac sun bag in the back hall)... The illness progressed to diarrhea and more vomitting. I am thinking stomach virus, though he is on day 5 of a 17 day course of prednisone and 20 day course of augmentin.

What's going on with everyone? Depending on where everyone lives, I bet it's this screwy weather messing everyone up. My kids are taking turns with a cold. Waking up in the middle of the night to blow kids' noses. Then yesterday and today allergies were crazy!

Oh poor thing! I hope he gets better fast (for both your sakes) and that it does not trigger any thing in him.

ugh! I did not even think about a trigger - was hoping it would be short lived so we can get back to meds. So far looks like we are on the upswing... several hours with no activity! :]

I honestly questioned the full moon the day before yesterday...dd off abx for 4 days, full blown exacerbation and then non-PANDAS dd starts with cold symptoms...too many variables....it is too hard to know the root cause from day to day.

I know what you mean about the full moon, my guy has been doing soooo well, then yesterday.....spitting tic is back! Yuk!!! I'm so tired, and he is so sad about it resurfacing, will it ever go away? Thurs was such a good day, but he acted too calm and quiet, then later he wrote that he didn't feel right.

And thanks again for reminding of the full moon thing! I keep forgetting! But yes, sure enough we things keep stirring up a bit around full moon... It will pass though, I am pretty sure it's our monthly "lunatic" phase!
