Guest Jennifer M Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 I read the recent posts about magnesium and taurate/taurine. I had been using part of Bonnie' s old plan-which was indivdual bottles of vitamins as compared to now the vitamins being mixed into one capsule. Anyway, we have been taking the cal/mag and the taurine separately. And after reading the comments by everyone if seems the mag/taurate might be absorbed better by the body. I did find the mag/taur cardiovascular brand that Claire had mentioned on one of the links. I wanted more info. on the zinc/calcium brands that some of you may order. Should the zinc be glycinate? The calcium?should it say (citrate) beside it? Can you tell I need help? My questions probably don't make sense. Another note on screens: Twice this week we have tried playing a non-flickering baseball game on playstation II and have not seen the "neck tic" yet. As compared to seeing it after viewing cartoons 2 or 3 times on an lcd screen and crt screen. I will let you know what happens Thanks, Jennifer M.
Claire Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 Hi Jennifer, We used zinc picolinate (better aborbed) plus zinc citrate. He takes 1 tab of each daily. Thanks for the screens update--this is very interesting. My fingers are crossed that you find something that works on the LCD screen. Claire
