P_Mom Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 Okay.... Dr. T....why is it that my younger PANDAS son can display none to very minimal symptoms of PANDAS some days (atleast none that I can see...I always wonder what is going on in his head)...anyway, he will be fine, but, as soon as we read a book to him (while he is sitting next to me looking at the book....... not if he reads it himself...atleast not near as bad).....well, his physical symptoms really surface. Squirming big time, tics, ocd evening up, touching things, etc. I almost video taped it tonight because he basically shows near to nothing when he sees the docs. What is it about that? It is his biggest trigger....and it has been since onset 3 years ago...... why does it emerge if he has no active infection and is not in exacerbation? Is this a sign of damage?? SF Mom.....I know you were reimbursed for IVIG with Dr. K.....did you pay full price upfront? Did they reimbure you full price (after co-pay and deductible)? Everyone......I know several here have done Pex with Dr. L....but has anyone done IVIG with her??....if so, your experience???? THANKS ALL!!!
