Very nice indeed, thank you. I am particularly gratified to see discussion of bystander activitation, among other mechanisms, since my personal belief is that the molecular mimicry hypothesis has taken up too much of the stage in PANDAS and there is insufficient appreciation of the importance of bystander activitation. Hopefully other physicians treating PANDAS are reading this article too.
