Hi Efgh,

Thanks for asking! Glad to know that your son is doing fine. Due to one of my very close family members' illness (and surgery), I was away from home last 6 weeks. I just got back to home. I had many up and down days during the time. Thanks GOD! The outcome is better than expected and predicted. I'm very tired and have lot to catch up here, at work and my sleep.

For all,

Here is a quick update on my son. He is doing fine. His tics are under control (i.e., < 10 times a day ). They are not noticeable by others. Only my husband and I can tell the difference every day. In the middle of June, we noticed his tics sudden increasing (but still better than his worse time). We finally figured out because he was playing Bay Blaze in his summer school every day. Once he stopped playing with it, it took him about 2 weeks to get back to where he was. We also tried to put him back to his piano lesson, and it caused his tics increased (but only at playing time). Currently, he is still on no TV, no computer, no milk. He's been continually taking remedies (but different sets each month). His allergies are actually getting worse this summer in comparing with last summer. We stopped his allergy shots last October after he's on it for 2 years. This could be the reason why his allergies are worse this year. He's taking Cingular and Zyrtec daily. Meanwhile, he's on NAET treatment. It's been 3 months already. As of now, I still have not much comments for the treatment.

I'll post more when things are settled...

Jean,

Thank you for such a precise update, it helps us all to see exactly what works or may work.

I am sorry for your recent family trouble, but glad it resolved well!

As for the unknown watching of Bay Blaze--the same thing happened to us 3 times, as recently as a year ago. My son started ticcing again, and we were quite confused until a few days later we uncovered that he was playing computer or watching TV at school or daycare. Thanks for letting us know that it took a full 2 weeks for his 'system' to settle (I wondered if it might take more than a week for full results).

I have a question for you: You said previously that your son used to do computer one day a week at school. Now that it is summer and he has no computer at all (since you discovered the Bay Blaze watching anyway), do you notice if his tics are better than when he used the computer once a week at school. I always wondered if that was so infrequent that it might not have any impact at all.

We are doing fine also, though we are having a setback in my son's yeast levels. Next week I hear the retest results on mercury and vitamin deficiencies, after 5 months of supplementation.

Thanks again, I was also wondering where you were. I am really glad to hear that all is going so well with your son!

Nice to see your updates. Right now, I am on a summer vacation and hence not many posts from me..

Claire, goodluck with your son's tests. pl keep us posted (you are anyway too prompt and accurate with your updates, keep it up!)
