melanie Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 From: Info NJCTS Sent: Thursday, January 28, 2010 Subject: NJCTS Wednesday Webinar Series I am writing to let you know that last night’s NJCTS Wednesday Webinar “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Pediatric OCD” was outstanding! OCD expert Dr. Martin Franklin from the University of Pennsylvania provided practical information and answered questions for families and professionals on how to identify and deal with OCD. The NJCTS chatboard is open at www.NJCTS.org for posting your questions on OCD and receiving answers from Dr. Franklin. We urge you to visit this chatboard over the next seven (7) days. If you missed this presentation or would like to hear it again visit www.NJCTS.org to view the archived version. Upcoming Wednesday Webinar topics include PANDAS, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Family Coping Skills, and managing sleep problems common with TS and associated disorders. See you online or by phone if you need us at (908) 575 7350. Best wishes, Faith Rice, Executive Director NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome & Associated Disorders
dut Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 If you go to the NJCTS site they have a suggestions box for future discussions. I have asked that a dr with the opposing view to Dr kurlan be invited to speak so that both sides of the argument can be aired. Maybe if enough folks ask we can get one of the "PANDAS stars" to speak.. even it out a bit..
