IVIG and UHC

Has anyone gotten IVIG approval from UHC with a PANDAS diagnosis and no autoimmune deficiency?

We have UHC, but medically, haven't gotten to the stage of seeking IVIG approval. Don't know if you've seen this from uhc:

Thanks Peglem. I do have a copy of this. I brought it to Dr. B.'s office last week. It originally looked like we would get approval. Now I'm not so sure we are going to be able to without an immune deficiency diagnosis. I am waiting to hear back from the doctor's office. We are not ready to go ahead with IVIG yet - we are waiting a few more weeks to see whether we get results from an antibiotic change - but wanted to find out if we would be covered if we decide to pursue it.
