ilovedogs
It appears my sons allergys are acting up. He begins allergy testing next week but can not take any otc allergy medicine 7 days prior to the test. He will be outdoors all week due to a day camp. Is there any natural way to help him or supplement that I can try? Our naturopath had us try quercetin for our allergies. I think it definitely helped. As a matter of fact, I need to get more from the doc! We get it from him, it's a powder but I know that health food stores sell it in capsules. Also, take vitamin C as that helps lower histamine levels. Bonnie
myrose
Will a place like vitamin world carry this? If so do you do 1/2 the adult dose for children? How much vitamin C? Do you have to take into account their intake of daily foods and drinks with Vitamin C? Like orange juice and things?? Just curious. My daughter appears to have really bad allergies. She even has those dark bags under her eyes which was a dead give away for the nurse we saw. I was using claritin tabs for a short time but stopped and now I see the darkness under her eyes coming back. I keep looking for natural allergy relief but so far nothing works.
