I read in one of your posts in braintalk about oxygen levels. one of the posts mentioned about hgh anxiety levels and oxygen level reqmt at high altitudes. Can you please explain to me more on this. I was under the impression that the air is more pure and good in the mountains, etc. can you explain to me in detail the relation between altitude levels, oxygen and tics (if any such relationship exists) ...

There is no relationship that I know of. High altitudes have a lower air concentration (think of oxygen masks on airplanes). This is probably minor and insignificant.

 

It was the use of oxygen for epilepsy documented research (no double blind studies) that had caught my attention. That is all I know about it, sorry. I was trying to learn more.
