Guest Sara
I'm having trouble finding things for my daughter to eat that are dairy free. She is a very picky eater. She likes most meats. What are some snack foods that are dairy free? Are just plain crackers dairy free, what about pretzels? Also is pasta and pizza sauce dairy free? Do any of you have any other ideas on things that are dairy free that she might like? Thanks, Sara
Guest M.C.
Hi Sara, I have learned to read the food labels on packages in the stores, and that has helped me to avoid things my son is allergic to. If you cook, it is possible to replace milk with soy milk, and I'll bet your daughter won't even notice.
Guest Sara
What kind of things should I look to avoid on the food labels? She doesn't like soy milk alone, but maybe soy milk mixed in the foods I cook instead of milk she won't notice a difference. I haven't been able to find a soy cheese that she likes.
