mom2three Posted January 2, 2008 Report Share Posted January 2, 2008 What do you think of the following (dosage and variety) My daughter is 11 and about 70lbs I found this on another website but can't find specific information regarding dosage based on weight etc. Can anyone offer advice? Does this sound good? Right now she takes 100 mg per day of B-Complex about 300MG of Mag, 500 mg of Calcium * Oil of evening primrose, 2x500 mg tablets thrice a day * Vitamin B12, 100 mcg * Niacin, 1,000 mg * Vitamin B complex, 100 mg two times a day or pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 50 mg once a day * Magnesium, 500 mg * Calcium, 1,000 mg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
