Pandas/Pans literate pediatricians in Boston area?

Have 2 pandas/pans children that were dx'd in 2013. Would just love a pediatrician that understood the disorder, and didn't push vaccines on me.  Would be estatic if anyone knew of a specialist in the Boston area as well that was somewhat easy to get an appt with.  Daughter is in a flare now after a 3 year remission. Had several ivig's years ago, looks like we may be headed in that direction again😢.  Any info would be appreciated.
