Seeker
Hi there,I came across highly reviewed OCD protocol by Dr Mary Reed. She says that strengthening myelin could significantly help with OCD. However, I found out that she strictly advises against coffee. Does anyone know of any scientific literature supporting coffee not being good for myelin? The only published study I found said the opposite but Dr Reed maintains that strongly and says most such research is funded by coffee makers. She says she has treated hundreds if not thousands of patients, some of whom had adverse affect while drinking coffee. Was wondering if anyone has any experience or advise?
